Jose Carlos Bernal holds a Master's degree in corporate law from Harvard Law School and is admitted to practice law in Bolivia and New York. He worked as a senior associate at the firm Dentons Guevara & Gutiérrez in La Paz, and was a foreign associate at the firm Uría Menendez in Madrid, Spain. He served as the legal assistant manager of a bank in Bolivia, and as a director at the Bolivian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He is currently a partner at the firm Aguilar Castillo Love.
