
Daniel Eduardo Rossel Mérida, an architect from UPSA, holds two master’s degrees in Innovation and Product Project Development, from UNEATLÁNTICO and UNINI, and a third master’s degree in Higher Education, from UPDS. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Habitat Sciences, from UAGRM. In addition, he holds the international IPMA Level D certification in Project Management and Administration and was the winner of the ideas competition for the CASACOR 2025 space. He serves as Head of the Architecture Program at UPB - Santa Cruz, and was awarded the "Búho Líder" recognition for his outstanding management.
