Donald Ribera holds an MBA in Business Development from UPB, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma Gabriel René Moreno and the Federal University of São Carlos (Brazil). He complements his education with a postgraduate degree in Human Talent Management and Development (UTEPSA), a specialization in Mental Health for Work (UNIP, Brazil), and a diploma in Higher Education Technologies (UAGRM). He has more than 15 years of experience in human talent management in multinational and academic organizations, standing out as an HR Business Partner and specialist in recruitment, organizational development, and culture. He has led selection processes, workplace climate improvement programs, and talent attraction strategies with innovative methodologies and artificial intelligence. He currently serves as Associate Director of Employability at UPB, where he promotes the professional connection of undergraduate and graduate students and alumni with the job market.
