
He holds a Doctorate in Systemic Innovation Management from the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in environmental management and auditing from the University of León, Spain. He is a specialist in Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology from Miguel de Cervantes European University, Spain, and a specialist in environmental consulting from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. He also holds a diploma in Organization and Management for Total Safety from the Argentine Institute of Safety, and a diploma in Occupational Hygiene and Safety from the Latin American Institute for Social Development and Health - Ministry of Labor, Argentina. He is a former president of the Bolivia Ergonomics and Human Factors Association and a leading member of IBNORCA’s Technical Committee for Standardization in Ergonomics.
