Ibhar Christian Beramendi Illanes holds a Master of Science in Economics, with a specialization in Econometrics from the Université de Genève, and a dual degree in Economics from UPB (Summa Cum Laude) and the University of London (First-Class Honour). He also has diplomas in Quantitative Methods, Higher Education, and Economics for Sustainable Development. He currently works as a professor at UPB, is an independent researcher, and serves as an economic consultant at Cambridge Business Association, where he has led development projects for international organizations such as the BID and OXFAM. He is a researcher specializing in the labor market, informality, and poverty in Bolivia.
