The UPB, through Executive Education - EXEED, carried out at the Postgrade Center of La Paz the Workshop: Strategic AI for High-Impact Executive Decisions | Level II, an experience designed to strengthen the capabilities of senior management in the strategic application of artificial intelligence within organizations.

Geared towards board members, CEOs, and C-Suite executives, the program went deep into the use of artificial intelligence as a tool to transform decision-making, optimize processes, and generate sustainable competitive advantages. The proposal was oriented to go beyond the use of virtual assistants, incorporating methodologies and models that allow integrating AI into executive management with a practical and strategic approach.

During the session, the participants worked on the design and integration of automated executive processes, the simulation and evaluation of strategic scenarios, and the implementation of governance, security, and human supervision models over artificial intelligence systems. These contents responded to one of the main challenges that organizations face today: adopting emerging technologies without losing judgment, ethics, and control in decision-making.

The workshop featured the participation of a panel of experts, members of the UPB, made up of Oscar Molina Tejerina, Ph.D., Rector; Alejandro Vargas Sánchez, Ph.D., CFA, Vice-Rector of the F.I.R. La Paz Campus; Alberto Grájeda Chacón, Ph.D., Associate Dean of Innovation and Academic Quality; and Alex Villazón Torrico, Ph.D., National Dean of the School of Technological Development and Innovation. Through their interventions, they shared tools, application cases, and a vision of the impact that artificial intelligence is having on business leadership and the transformation of organizations.

With initiatives like this, EXEED Executive Education reaffirms the commitment of the UPB to bring business leaders executive training programs that combine academic knowledge, innovation, and practical application, preparing organizations to successfully lead the challenges of an environment increasingly driven by artificial intelligence.
