The UPB and EGADE Business School of Tecnológico de Monterrey signed a strategic alliance to promote a Dual Degree Executive Master's Program, consolidating a new international training proposal aimed at professionals seeking to strengthen their leadership skills, strategic vision, and decision-making in the face of increasingly complex business scenarios.

The agreement was signed by Oscar Molina Tejerina, Ph.D., Rector of the UPB, and Bruno Garro Huamán de los Heros, Commercial Director Southern Cone LATAM of EGADE Business School. The signing marks the beginning of an academic collaboration that integrates the capacities and experience of both institutions to offer executive education with an international perspective and closely linked to the current challenges of organizations.

The new master's degree will allow participants to access an academic experience jointly developed by the UPB and EGADE Business School, articulating knowledge, methodologies, and perspectives aimed at strengthening managerial judgment. Its focus will be on providing tools that allow understanding highly complex environments, evaluating different scenarios, and making strategic decisions capable of generating value and supporting organizational transformation processes.

One of the main elements of this proposal will be its dual-degree modality, which will integrate the training of two business schools into the same academic journey. This feature expands participants' professional development opportunities and strengthens their exposure to international perspectives on leadership, strategy, and business management.

Through this alliance, the UPB continues to strengthen its ties with leading international academic institutions and expanding high-level training opportunities for professionals and business leaders.
