This program seeks to train senior public management of subnational governments in strategic planning and management by results, as necessary tools for the current reality of subnational public management. The program responds to the need for professionals who effectively and efficiently manage changes in organizations in response to crises generated in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous context, aiming to enable these officials and authorities to understand, design, implement, and evaluate the results of managements and their strategies.
