About the master's degree
Currently, the development and competitiveness of companies and industries are based on the efficient execution of projects that add effective value, being part of the development strategy of organizations. The dynamics of each company or industry are different depending on its activity and competitive environment, forcing the adoption of specific project management and direction methodologies in the different phases of their life cycle. This program will allow the development of competencies for the application of methodologies recommended and applied by world-class organizations, such as the PMI (Project Management Institute) methodology and various agile methodologies such as SCRUM, KANBAN, and LEAN tools.
