This program aims to train senior public management of subnational governments in strategic planning and results-based management, as essential tools for the current reality of subnational public administration. The program addresses the need for professionals who effectively and efficiently manage organizational changes in response to crises generated in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous context, enabling these officials and authorities to understand, design, implement, and evaluate the outcomes of administrations and their strategies.
