The Diploma in Banking Finance at UPB is an advanced training program aimed at strengthening the technical, analytical, and regulatory capabilities of professionals working in the financial system. The approach integrates the essential pillars of the banking business: financial intermediation, risk analysis and management, evaluation of financial products, regulatory compliance, digital finance, and emerging technologies. This program is developed in a strategic alliance with Greenworks, an organization specialized in sustainability and ESG standards, in order to incorporate a modern vision of responsible management and sustainability criteria applied to the financial sector. The design combines conceptual foundations, applied analysis with real data, current ASFI regulations, international methodologies, and case studies. Its structure allows for a deep understanding of the functioning of the Bolivian and regional financial market, as well as the global trends that are transforming the banking industry.
