About the master's degree
Currently, the development and competitiveness of companies and industries are based on the efficient execution of projects that add real value, being part of the development strategy of organizations. The dynamics of each company or industry vary according to its activity and competitive environment, requiring the adoption of specific project management and direction methodologies across the different phases of their life cycle. This program will develop skills for the application of methodologies recommended and used by world-class organizations, such as the PMI (Project Management Institute) methodology and various agile methodologies like SCRUM, KANBAN, and LEAN tools.
