About the master's degree
The Master's in Productivity and Quality is designed to train professionals capable of optimizing production processes by incorporating a culture of continuous improvement, technological innovation, and organizational transformation, responding to the demands of an increasingly competitive and globalized environment. The program integrates a practical and strategic approach that enhances efficiency and competitiveness levels within organizations. It includes three specialized diplomas in industrial productivity, ISO management systems, and continuous improvement based on KAIZEN, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification that strengthens the professional profile. Upon completion, participants develop and defend a thesis, consolidating their knowledge and earning a high-level academic degree with immediate applicability in the industry.
