About the master's degree
The Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Energy, with a focus on renewable energies, electromobility, energy storage, and smart grids, responds to the growing importance of the energy sector in the national and regional economy. UPB, through its Graduate School in Engineering and Technology, offers this program aimed at training highly skilled professionals capable of leading projects in the generation, transmission, distribution, scheduling, and dispatch of electrical energy. The master's program develops competencies for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of modern electrical systems, incorporating innovative and sustainable technologies. In this way, it contributes to the training of specialized talent that drives the development of the energy sector and strengthens the transition toward more efficient and sustainable models in the country.
