Oscar Molina Tejerina, Ph.D., Rector of the UPB, participates in the QS Higher Ed Summit: Americas 2026, held in Guadalajara, Mexico, and organized in this edition with the Universidad Panamericana as the host institution.
During the meeting, the Rector represents the UPB and Bolivia as a speaker, sharing spaces of dialogue and exchange with university authorities and leaders from different countries in the region.
The participation of the UPB in this international meeting strengthens its presence in spaces of reflection on the challenges and opportunities of higher education, promoting the exchange of experiences, internationalization, and the construction of new perspectives for the future of university education.
