Preparation of the Labor Market Study for Indigenous Youth in El Alto (IDB - MIF -OXFAM)

Oxfam and UPB intend to prepare a specific labor market study in the city of El Alto, which will allow understanding the context and labor dynamics of indigenous youth, as well as the study of gaps between labor supply and demand, considering technical training , interculturality and gender, in order to facilitate the design of policies for access to quality jobs for this group of the population in the formal sector.

They were made:

24 paper surveys of technical institutes.
60 Surveys in TABLETS to companies.
250 TABLETS surveys of indigenous youth.
5 focus groups with 50 participating companies.
5 focus groups with 50 participating indigenous youth.
