The IAMTAX tool aims to comprehensively evaluate the performance of the tax administration over time. Applied through the Internet (www.iamtax.org), the IAMTAX evaluation framework can be used as a benchmarking tool and as a diagnostic and monitoring tool. As a benchmark tool, assessment measures the gap in current practices relative to a desirable set of benchmarks, good practices, and standards. For its part, as a diagnostic and monitoring tool, the IAMTAX evaluates and monitors the performance of the tax administration over time, once the baseline of the indicators has been completed.

CINTI collaborates in this project, developing survey modules that are integrated into IAMTAX tools to analyze the data collected.
